Project Description
SMS automated system allowing customers to register their visit to establishments, helping them comply with government guidance on Track & Trace.
Customers advised to text KEYWORD to phone number to log their entry. Client can log into CMS portal to view their recent entries.
Data is removed after 21 days to comply with government guidance and data can be exported via the portal in order to assist with Track and Trace queries.
